Instructions

1) Avoid brushing your teeth before directly using the Get2smile kit.

2) Place vaseline on your lips.

3) Squeeze the mouth retractor together to reduce the pressure and hold back 1 side of the lip and do the same to the other side gently releasing the mouth retractor to expose all the teeth.  re-ajust for a comfortable fit if necessary.

4) Attach the spiral nozzle to the Hydrogen Peroxide tube, place 2cm of the gel in dappens pot, and use the micro brush to gentle mix the solution.

5) Place gel 2mm thick on tooth surface.

6) WARNING : Place 2mm away from gum line.

7) If gel comes in contact with gums use wet cotton to wipe off immediately.

8) If gel comes in contact with your tongue, inside of your cheeks, wipe away immediately with wet cotton.

9) Raise the laser piece and attach to the cheek retractor.

10) Record the time.

11) Switch the blue light on and place directly over the teeth.

12) DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE BLUE LIGHT.

13) Switch the blue light off.

14) Wipe off gel and rinse mouth.

15) Avoid brushing your teeth straight away.
